We have been doing more things outside ever since it has been nice. Although, lately it's starting to reach the 100s in temp, so we don't last as long. But, to beat the heat we created our own slip and slide. We found that the one they sell at Target, just wasn't big enough, so we found some tarp and squeezed some dishwashing soap, and wala, a slip and slide! Our only mistake was that we started it on the steepest hill in our yard, resulting in a major dismount on my part, and many scrapes and bruises. However, after careful repositioning, and another sip of red stripe, all was good in the world again.

Oh to be 6 months, or 26, or even 60 again. Just don't stake it down with tent stakes or rocks at the bottom (lesson learned). I guess that a can of Red Stripe makes the bobo's feel OK, so do it anyway.
Again I am jealous of the fun that can come from your own yard. I'm trying to talk Colin into a trip out there this fall to go to Helen. He has been telling me about it since the day we met and it sounds great. Then we'd get a chance to visit and see your house.
Uh Oh Jami, It sounds like a party. We old fogies would like to sit in the background and listen to you guys chatter. We might even come just to baby sit the munchkin.
just let me know when, we have a guest room, and hopefully by then, we'll have a big couch like you guys!
